We are seeking a Civil Designer join a high performing team and contribute to the successful delivery of urban development and infrastructure projects across NSW. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad project portfolio, including urban and land development, healthcare (hospitals & aged care), education, transport (train stations), commercial precincts and data centres. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of engineers and designers while gaining exposure to all phases of design and project delivery. As a Civil Designer, you will: Produce and develop 3D models and civil design documentation for roads, stormwater drainage, earthworks, utilities and site development. Contribute to design solutions through concept, detailed design and construction documentation phases. Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines, architects, planners, authorities and services consultants to ensure fully integrated design outcomes. Support project delivery through design reviews, quality checks, and application of relevant NSW authority standards and guidelines. Help drive continuous improvement in digital design processes and contribute to our national design standards. To be successful in this role, you will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering degree or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent). 5 years' experience in civil design within a consulting environment. Proficiency in 12D and Civil 3D for modelling and design of civil infrastructure (roads, stormwater, earthworks and utilities). Understanding of NSW council requirements, Australian Standards and utility authority guidelines. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret design information and collaborate effectively in a team environment. What's in it for You?
