TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers that have worked across a broad portfolio of urban and land development projects. Ideally within built form industrial and commercial environments including hospitals, aged care campuses, multi-storey mixed-use, transport infrastructure and data centres. In this role you will: Lead civil design delivery from concept through to construction and commissioning - roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities, heavy duty pavements Oversee preparation of documentation, design models (Civil 3D/12D), QA processes and interface with architects, contractors and local authorities Mentor junior engineers and drafters, help build design capability and uphold TTW's technical standards Drive innovation in civil design, modelling workflows and digital delivery practices What we're looking for: Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with 8 years' consultancy experience in civil design/engineering (urban/infrastructure) Proven track record in land development, transport or major infrastructure projects Strong proficiency in Civil 3D (and/or 12D) modelling, thorough understanding of Australian & NSW local standards Leadership skills: managing design teams, mentoring others, contributing to business growth Excellent communication and stakeholder management — clients, authorities, contractors What's in it for you?
