Our client is expanding their delivery teams across multiple mining and regional infrastructure projects throughout WA. We’re seeking experienced Civil Supervisors who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading crews, and take pride in delivering high-quality earthworks and road construction outcomes. This role offers stability, a strong pipeline of work, and the opportunity to make a real impact on major projects across the state. What You’ll Be Doing Leading civil crews across bulk earthworks, haul road construction, infrastructure, drainage, and general civil works . Ensuring all work is delivered to project specifications, drawings, and schedules. Driving a proactive safety culture and maintaining strict WHS compliance. Coordinating daily activities, running pre-starts and toolbox meetings. Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Monitoring productivity, quality, and cost to ensure efficient delivery. Supporting and developing crew members to foster high-performing teams. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil or mining infrastructure projects. Strong background in bulk earthworks and haul road construction . Confident reading/interpreting drawings, plans, and schedules. Natural leader who can motivate, guide, and coordinate crews. Solid understanding of WHS practices and the ability to communicate them effectively. Current WA Driver’s Licence (essential). Relevant tickets/qualifications – S26 highly regarded .
