Staff meals provided and generous discounts across the group. What do you do? Oversee and coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations and service flow. Support the BOH team with menu execution, ordering and staff training. Operate Yakiniku grills and deliver an engaging, high-quality dining experience. Supervise and mentor the BOH team to maintain consistency and efficiency. Manage stock control, ordering and assist with food costing. Uphold food safety, hygiene and OH&S compliance at all times. What do you need? 2 years experience as Senior Sous Chef in traditional Japanese cuisine. Strong knowledge of Japanese techniques, ingredients and flavour profiles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in high-volume kitchens whilst maintaining quality. Strong financial and organisational acumen. Passion for Japanese food!
