This is an infrastructure & Security SME role and you'll balance deep technical know-how with practical, roll-up-your-sleeves delivery. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll take the lead in configuring and deploying a robust, secure, and scalable Microsoft 365 environment. You’ll design infrastructure that keeps Teams and Planner humming, SharePointsecure, and users happy. Working alongside a Data Architect, you’ll help shape an intelligent data model and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Oh, and you’ll leave behind a smarter, self-sufficient IT team because knowledge transfer is at the heart of this mission. THE BEST BENEFITS PACKAGE • 6-month minimum contract with possible extension • Alice Springs location with paid accommodation for the duration of the contract • Use of a company vehicle fuel allowance • Flight allowance. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • A minimum of 7 years’ experience managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MS Gold Partner. • MS Certified with deep expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange configuration. • Proven ability to design and implement DLP policies, MFA, and Conditional Access policies. • A knack for simplifying complexity and explaining it without the jargon. • Knowledge of governance frameworks (COBIT or ITIL). • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. You must be willing to live in Alice Springs and be able to obtain an Ochre Card . You may also have to undertake a National Police Check.
