We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and visitors. What you will be doing: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, offering a warm welcome and providing information about the property and local attractions Manage luggage handling, including carrying and transporting bags to and from guest rooms Operate valet parking services, safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles Assist with guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist with special events and VIP arrivals as needed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and local area information.
