The Role: The participant is a male in his mid 50's with a traumatic brain injury who requires support Mon - Sun. This role is on a casual on-going basis. Available shifts: Approx shifts. Mon 1pm - 6.30pm Tue 7am - 1pm Thu 1pm - 6.30pm Fri 7am - 1pm Rates Day - $40 per hour Saturday - $56 per hour Sunday - $72 per hour Travel - $0.99 when travelling to appt with participants Duties Assistance with personal care/showering etc Assistance with domestic tasks Manual handling such as transfers Assisting with community access health and rehab appointments Family assistance Assisting with animals Skills and experiences Australian Driver License Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care Current National Police Clearance within 12 months Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card NDIS Worker Orientation Module NDIS Support Effective Communication Module Reliable, proactive and positive attitude Administer medication certificate Please note: Two current references are required.
