The Role: Mulitple participants available: Participant 1 is a female in her mid-60's with a spinal cord injury who requires support every weekend on an ongoing basis. Shift times 7.30am - 11am. Participant 2 is a female in her mid-30's with an acquired brain injury who requires support every Mon, Wed & Fri on an ongoing basis. Shift times 10am - 1pm. Participant 3 is a female in her mid-70's with an acquired brain injury who requires support every Mon - Sun on an ongoing basis. Shift times 10.30am - 1.30pm. Duties Wound Care - skin checks Bowel Therapy - enema insertion and digital stimulation when required Personal Care - showering, dressing, hygiene, etc Domestic Assistance Prompting Medications Transport and accompanying for community access health and rehab Capacity building and companionship Rates Day - $38.75 - $40 per hour Saturday - $54.25 - $56 per hour Sunday - $69.75 - $72 per hour Skills and experiences Australian Driver License Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care Current National Police Clearance within 12 months Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card NDIS Worker Orientation Module NDIS Support Effective Communication Module Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude Administer medication Please note: Two current references are required.
