Hunter Manning has partnered with a leading WA business to support them in the search for an experienced Management Accountant for a temporary requirement with the view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with operational teams, you’ll play a key role in managing financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and delivering insights that drive business performance. This is a dynamic role suited to a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, business-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor key performance indicators and provide commentary to management Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support operational and strategic decision-making Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements About You You’ll be a commercially minded finance professional with strong accounting skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will ideally have: CPA or CA qualification (or progressing towards) Proven experience in management accounting or commercial finance Strong Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (such as SAP, Pronto, Dynamics365) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business This is a temporary to permanent opportunity , offering a pathway to long-term career growth within a supportive and high-performing organisation.
