About the Role In this fast-paced position, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and contractors, while also supporting internal teams with a mix of admin, customer service, and logistics coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Greet visitors and manage deliveries Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Process customer orders, quotes, and enquiries Support production with printing schedules and tags Liaise with transport providers and file documentation Assist with general admin, data entry, and compliance checks What We're Looking For Skills & Experience: 3 years in a similar admin or customer service role Confident communicator with great people skills Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills Organised, reliable, and team-focused NSW Driver's Licence preferred Why Apply?
