Procurement Lead - Analytics, ESG & Indirects Join our Procurement team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract and share in shaping analytics, e-procurement, and ESG initiatives. In this role, you’ll support and nurture supplier relationships, collaborate across teams, and commit to advancing our ESG and social procurement strategies. You’ll also co-operate on category management for indirects such as travel, PPE, and workwear. What you’ll do: Facilitate and support Ariba supplier enablement and onboarding Collaborate and connect with cross-functional teams to align procurement systems with business goals Share insights by developing procurement analytics and reporting tools Considerate analysis of data from SAP, BWHANA, and other sources Commit to and advocate for ESG and social procurement initiatives Co-operate and manage select indirect categories including travel & accommodation, PPE, Workwear, Stationery, and General Waste What you’ll bring: Experience with Ariba Buying (desirable) 2 years in procurement (construction/manufacturing preferred) Strong analytical and Excel skills; SAP/BWHANA experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred A warm, inclusive, and collaborative approach, with a commitment to understanding customer needs and working together About Heidelberg Materials With more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites, we have an extensive production and logistics network across Australia.
