We’re now looking for an experienced Systems & Assurance Manager to take the lead in shaping and enhancing Wiley’s Integrated Management System (IMS). In this key role, you’ll help ensure our systems meet legislative requirements, OFSC accreditation, and key ISO standards, while bringing together existing processes into a streamlined, efficient framework. Your work will not only strengthen compliance and reduce risk but also support Wiley’s leadership team in meeting their safety and governance obligations Key Responsibilities Review, enhance, and implement the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OFSC requirements. Lead certification, recertification, and audit processes while maintaining strong document control and governance frameworks. Partner with key stakeholders to embed IMS best practices across projects and corporate functions. Promote continuous improvement and deliver training programs to build capability and compliance awareness across teams. Monitor IMS performance data and risks, producing executive-level dashboards and reports. Act as the primary contact for external auditors, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies. About You Extensive experience developing and managing Integrated Management Systems (previous experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded but not essential) Strong understanding of ISO standards, OFSC accreditation, and Australian legislative compliance. Proven experience in auditing, certification, and risk management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Proficient in managing software interfaces and data systems (Procore experience desirable). Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Construction Management. Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001. Why Choose Wiley?
