About the role:Do you want to use your digital marketing skills to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of Victorians? VicHealth is on the lookout for a hands-on, creative Coordinator, Digital Marketing to bring our digital content to life. In this mid-level role, you'll plan, create, optimise, and deliver engaging campaigns that inform, inspire and drive positive impact across web, email, and digital channels. Working as part of the Social Marketing & Communications Group, you'll report to the Manager, Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with teams across VicHealth. You'll also build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments and agencies, to help ensure our digital storytelling connects with communities right across Victoria. Key responsibilities: Source, write, and optimise content for web, email, and digital channels, ensuring it's accessible, on-brand, and impactful Manage day-to-day website updates, create new pages, and implement SEO and AI best practices Analyse campaign performance, support social media and paid activity, and contribute to content marketing strategies Plan and deliver digital projects on time and on budget, while driving continuous improvement About you:You're a proactive and creative digital marketer who knows how to turn ideas into engaging content. With hands-on experience across web, email and digital channels, you know how to connect with diverse audiences and drive real impact.
