Reporting to the Segment Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that bring segment-specific initiatives to life. What You'll Do Support the Segment Marketing team in achieving brand, marketing, and product performance KPIs. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting key customer segments. Monitor and analyse the performance of segment-specific marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with segment strategies and the overall Alinta Energy brand experience. Engage professionally with external parties, including agencies and partners, while fostering strong internal relationships within the Retail Markets teams. Your Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Commerce or a related discipline. Proven experience in supporting strategic segment marketing programs with demonstrable ROI, from awareness to conversion. Expertise in optimising marketing channels and proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software. Strong communication skills, with a history of effectively engaging with external agencies and partners. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in driving marketing initiatives. Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.
