Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's busy steel and pipe distribution operation based in Unanderra, NSW. This is a hands-on role working within a supportive team environment where safety and efficiency are key. If you have solid forklift experience and enjoy working with heavy materials, this is the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Safe operation of a counterbalance forklift to move, load and unload steel and pipe products Picking and loading orders accurately and efficiently Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Operating an overhead crane (highly desirable - training can be provided for the right candidate) Maintaining a clean and safe work area Working collaboratively with team members and following all site safety procedures Requirements Current Forklift Licence (LF) Previous experience handling steel, pipes or similar heavy materials Ability to safely lift and manoeuvre materials Overhead crane operation experience (preferred, not essential) Reliable, punctual and safety-focused Own transport to get to and from Unanderra What's on Offer Day shift hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday Ongoing work with potential for long-term employment Great team environment and supportive management Competitive hourly rate If you're a reliable and safety-minded forklift operator looking for your next opportunity in the steel industry, we'd love to hear from you!
