About the Role As our Wedding & Social Events Sales Executive, you’ll manage the entire journey—from the first inquiry to the final farewell. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Management & Conversion: Handle all incoming wedding and social event leads with a consultative approach, ensuring high conversion rates and a seamless client experience. End-to-End Ownership: Commit to managing each lead from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and on-the-day execution. Sales Growth: Generate new business opportunities and achieve company targets. Event Documentation: Prepare and review BEOs, floor plans, billing, and feedback forms. Client Experience: Deliver exceptional service and ensure every event exceeds expectations. Creative Marketing: Assist in creating engaging wedding collateral to attract and inspire clients. Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights to refine packages and introduce profitable ideas. Networking: Attend tradeshows and industry events to build relationships and attract new leads. Collaboration: Work closely with the Conference & Events Sales Manager to implement strategies that boost bookings. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in Conference & Events Management or similar. A genuine passion for weddings and social events with strong market knowledge. Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required. Professional, warm, and approachable manner with exceptional communication skills. Impeccable presentation and organisational skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Word & Excel ; experience with Delphi/Salesforce and Opera is highly desirable.
