Description Create your best future and join Westpac Consumer Finance as a Change Execution & Transformation Lead 12 month fixed term contract What’s the role? Drive change and continuous improvement in the Customer Engagement & Enablement Finance team, by collaborating within Consumer division finance team, ESP, and Group Finance to deliver impactful outcomes. Support the CEE Finance Leadership with transformation initiatives, including accelerating ESP transition, enhanced data insights, and automation of reporting. Lead simplification and digitisation of month-end and forecasting processes, while embedding change through Communities of Practice. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver customer and channel insights, competitive analysis, and ensure compliance with reporting standards. This hands-on role requires proactive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to driving meaningful change across the Finance community. What do I need? Established experience in banking or financial services, CPA or Chartered qualified, with strong technical finance expertise. Strong business partnering experience, supporting senior stakeholders through transformation. Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach. Highly organised, self-starter with strategic thinking and adaptability to work with imperfect data. Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, able to distil complex information into actionable insights. Advanced financial modelling skills and hands-on experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions. Skilled in BI tools, data warehousing, and web-based reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence Why join us?
