Description About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Administration Officer to support our training function and team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of systems and processes that underpin our workforce development initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate training records and preparing learning materials Coordinating internal and external training sessions Managing training schedules, inductions, and communication with providers Preparing management reports and recommending process improvements Serving as the go-to expert for our Learning Management System (LMS) You’ll build strong relationships across the organisation and provide prompt, professional support to stakeholders at all levels Skills And Experiences About You You’re a motivated and organised professional with exceptional administrative skills and a passion for building capability across a workforce. Ideally, you have experience supporting training or learning functions — experience in the mining or refining industry will be highly regarded. To succeed in this role, you will: Have excellent time management and attention to detail Be confident supporting and guiding stakeholders in the use of LMS platforms Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills Thrive in a team environment but work independently when needed A Certificate IV in Business Administration (or similar qualification) is desirable and may provide opportunities to expand your scope within the business.
