The role: Senior Administrator - Early Learning Years (ELC) We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide outstanding administrative and operational support to the Head of Early Years. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and professional running of our Early Learning Centre (ELC), fostering an environment where children, families, and educators thrive. This role is a permanent part-time (22.8 hours, 3 days) per week, reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal and working collaboratively with other administration team members. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be aligned with our Christian values and committed to our institute’s mission. Key Responsibilities: · Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Head of Early Years, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. · Preparing and formatting correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. · Designing, producing, and distributing ELC materials, including certificates, newsletters, and family communications. · Managing student data and documentation, including enrolments, health records, immunisation forms, and transition statements. · Supporting attendance, enrolment, and compliance systems within the ELC. · Coordinating ELC events such as parent meetings, celebrations, and community engagements. · Supporting the planning of the ELC calendar, including excursions and risk management documentation. · Assisting with resource management, procurement, and budget tracking for ELC supplies and equipment. This role is dynamic and varied, requiring initiative, flexibility, and a deep commitment to supporting early childhood education through administrative excellence. About You You are an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy, people-centred environment. You combine exceptional organisational skills with warmth, professionalism, and care.
