The role – Senior Administrator (Primary) We are seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Administrator to support our Head of Campus at Rivercrest Primary. This role is a permanent full time (38 hours) per week , reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive Principal and working collaboratively with other administration team members. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage the calendar of the Head of Campus, meetings, events, and priorities to ensure smooth daily operations Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion; Prepare professional correspondence, documentation, and reports to a high standard. Co-ordinate key events and functions across the school calendar, ensuring excellence in planning and delivery. Serve as a liaison between the all leaders across CREST Education, staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders; Maintain accurate student data and oversee essential communications with families. Drive efficiency through streamlined administrative processes and strong organisational systems Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies; and Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our institution. About You You are a confident, professional, and solutions-focused individual who takes pride in attention to detail and delivering exceptional service. You will bring: Proven experience in a senior administrative or personal assistant role High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Synergetic and SchoolBox (or similar systems) desirable Event coordination experience highly regarded Ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced school environment Attributes & ethos Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of CREST Education.
