About You: Degree holder in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in civil engineering, piling, or ground engineering projects Hands-on experience with piling techniques such as Bored, CFA, and Diaphragm Walls (D-Walls) Solid understanding of geotechnical and structural principles A team player who thrives in dynamic project environments and can deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution of piling and foundation works. Ensure all activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Supervise temporary works installation and uphold strict on-site HSE compliance. Prepare and manage short-term construction programs aligned with overall project timelines. Develop method statements and conduct risk assessments to support safe and effective project delivery. Track, report, and manage variations and additional works for monthly progress valuations. Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and project documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
