We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who share our values of quality, integrity, and craftsmanship to build lasting legacies with us. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate project contracts, subcontractor agreements and variations. Monitor contract compliance and performance, including tracking key milestones and delivering timely updates. Work closely with the finance team to monitor project budgets and financial performance. Handle contractual correspondence and enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Provide advice on contractual terms and conditions to project managers and other key stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive contract records and documentation. Support project managers in risk management, contract claims, and dispute resolution processes. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate project delivery. Qualification: A diploma or higher qualification is required. Exceptional experience in contract administration might substitute formal qualifications. At least 5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally within construction or engineering projects. Familiarity with construction contract administration processes and procedures. Strong attention to detail and understanding of contract compliance and risk management. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite. Financial work experience is preferred.
