Based in Western Sydney, they are seeking a Customer Service / Admin Support. The Position High level administrative support / reporting Ensure correct pricing is applied to customer accounts Inbound and outbound calls to suppliers and clients Answer phone calls and emails addressing customer queries / follow up Raise invoices and credits when necessary Ensuring all records and documentation are up to date and accurate Daily use of Excel, reporting, etcetera The Candidate Extensive administrative experience Strong communication experience, both verbal and written Able to build strong working relationships internally and with clients and suppliers High level attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and trouble shoot Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills preferred Enthusiastic, driven, and open to changing priorities Can work independently as well as in a team The Benefits Immediate start Modern, professional offices Collaborative and supportive culture At Elements Recruitment, we help people find the right place and help businesses grow with the right people.
