Description The Opportunity Due to our growth, we are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer to join our team in Melbourne . This exciting role will utilise your construction and contract management skills and offer the opportunity to grow and develop further as a specialist in your field , some key responsibilities include: Manage the scope of works and auditing of on-site construction activities on behalf of our client Administer construction contract on behalf of client as the superintendent representative including Assessment of contractors documentation Assessment of contractors claims Assessment of contract Programs, & EOTs a Assessment & Monitoring of contractor Inspection Test Plans /SWMS/ Project Management Plan / Environmental Management Plan /Safety Management Plan/ Traffic Management Plan Monitoring works on site and identification of any issues including Site Safety Liaise with authorities, clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Liaise with and provide advice to the Project and Construction Managers on project related issues. Monitor variations and project budgets, Manage works contracts About You Understand civil construction and the project lifecycle 5 years of relevant land development industry experience and water authority accreditation Passionate and Professional Civil Engineering degree (preferred, but not essential) Working knowledge of contract conditions Our Culture At Spiire, we believe our culture is our difference.
