About the role We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers Or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a growing farm machinery dealership in Moora, WA. You may come from an Ag, Truck, Earthmoving or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience. This role is juicy and has plenty to sink your teeth into. You will be managing a growing department with exciting future plans. You will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with customers Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary financial performance of your department Ideally you will also have: Proven experience in a similar role Experience in leading and managing a team On offer is a salary package comprised of a base salary of c.$110k vehicle & incentives. The salary package is negotiable so please reach out for a confidential discussion. Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position.
