Position: Graduate Enrolled Nurse Location: Across NCN Health EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (64Hours Per Fortnight) Status: Fixed Term Part Time (12 months) Hourly Rate: $36.5921 per hour plus 12% superannuation About the Role NCN Health is seeking a Graduate Enrolled Nurse to join the team. The Graduate Nurse Program consists of 12 months of clinical and theoretical content to facilitate the transition of the graduate to an advanced beginner who is skilled and confident at this level of practice. The rotations within the Health Service will allow you to experience a wide range of clinical environments. The Enrolled Nurse is an integral member of the Nursing Team, who will provide services to a diverse client group, providing care to promote the independence of Patients/Residents whilst assessing, planning, implementing and re-evaluating the care provided according to accepted nursing practice and standards under the direction of the Registered Nurse. About You Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory) Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended) Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Completion of Diploma of Nursing within the last 12 months Satisfactory National History Criminal Check prior to commencement of employment (less than 6 months old) Satisfactory Victorian ‘Employee’ Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencement of employment Satisfactory National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check prior to commencement of employment Demonstrate competency in clinical care across a broad spectrum.
