Graduate Engineer - Immediate Start We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team and support end-to-end project delivery for a national commercial construction client . This is a hands-on role offering exposure to diverse commercial projects across metropolitan and regional locations. About Us Our client has extensive experience in office fitouts and refurbishments, delivering projects with attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. From new builds and fitouts to make-goods and ongoing facilities maintenance, they are a trusted partner at every stage of the property lifecycle. About the Role You'll work closely with site supervisors and project teams to support daily operations, including: Coordinating day-to-day site activities and acting as a point of escalation for issues. Managing subcontractor work packages across multiple disciplines. Facilitating the delivery of materials and tracking their status. Conducting quality inspections and reviewing work, including completing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs). Tracking daily progress, productivity, and reporting updates. Contributing to the program of works with progress updates and future task planning. Taking initiative on ad-hoc tasks and proactively seeking opportunities to contribute. What We're Looking For Recent graduate in Australia or early-career professional with an interest in construction, estimating, or project management. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Civil construction or site experience is highly beneficial. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and practical mindset. Understanding of typical construction specifications in Australia. Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
