About the role: Join one of Australia's leading stair manufacturers based at our Molendinar branch as a full-time CNC Operator! You'll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team in our dynamic CNC department, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in crafting custom, high-quality stair components using world-class technology. What you'll be doing: Producing various solid timber stair components Regular maintenance and upkeep of machines and tools Troubleshooting manufacturing problems Completing quality control checks and forms Working safely in a supportive team environment Using state-of-the-art Biesse Rover A machines What you'll bring: We’re looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, precision, and pride in craftsmanship. Ideally, you have: Experience operating CNC machines (timber preferred) A current Australian drivers licence A trade qualification (carpentry or joinery preferred) Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar industry (bonus points!)
