Description A bit about the role: This is a critical site-based role responsible for driving health and safety practices. As the WHS Manager, you’ll work closely with the other Site Senior Leadership Team members and frontline leaders to implement our WHS Management System, reduce risk exposure, and promote a strong culture of safety and care. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Health & Safety, you’ll act as a key advisor, coach, and change agent, supporting compliance, injury prevention, and operational excellence across the site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about safety in high-risk, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Implement and contribute to improving the BFS Health & Safety Management System. Coach, support, and mentor leaders across the site to own and drive H&S performance. Promote a “Culture of Care” by leading consultation processes and championing safety awareness. Facilitate investigations, audits, and compliance activities in line with legislation and internal requirements. Provide strategic reporting and safety insights to site and group leadership.
