Principal Consultant Leadership and Talent We're looking for someone with a record of leading teams and understanding of contemporary leadership development and/or talent management approaches. The team is designing and rolling out exciting initiatives at the forefront of leadership and talent thinking to develop the capability of all staff across the sector. You will design, develop and roll out new talent management approaches and implement and evaluate Building Leadership Impact in the sector.
