Role As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build a high‑value Senior HR desk, taking this line of business from internal practice to a wider market, promoting innovative flexible HR recruitment solutions to HR leaders across industries. Responsibilities Drive the expansion of the business line and build a high‑value HR recruitment desk focused on senior appointments. Strategic planning and execution of the plan to build a high‑value HR recruitment desk. Report to the Director of the business and play a key role in building out this capability. Provide trusted partnership and advisory to clients as a subject matter expert. Be ambitious, driven and results‑oriented, using competencies to achieve goals. Balance client management, recruitment and administrative work with focus on achieving objectives. Experience At least 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry as a specialized Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Sector Recruitment Manager, or Branch Manager, with experience in specialized HR recruitment. Experience building or managing a desk that has focused on high‑value temporary contracting within a specialism.
