About the Role In this diverse and rewarding position, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike. You'll combine strong process management with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates Conducting client visits and maintaining strong relationships Account management Reference checking and coordinating inductions Maintaining accurate records in our database Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Proven experience in blue-collar labour hire recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A proactive, team-oriented approach The ability to work independently and think outside the box Why Join Us?
