Handling claims across mould, water, fire and smoke damage no two days are the same. The Role Manage and coordinate restoration and emergency repairs. Maintain accurate reports, documentation and keep on top of administrative duties. Liaise with insurers, technicians, trades, loss adjusters and home owners throughout the claim process. Schedule and coordinate technicians and trades Ensure adherence to relevant standards and KPIs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date job records. A good understanding of water, flood, fire, and mould restoration processes. Experience with Prime Ecosystem software Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and people.
