About the Role: As a Commercial Investment Associate, you’ll play a key supporting role within the Investor Relations team. Reporting directly to the Investor Relations Manager, you’ll help build and maintain strong relationships with our investors by providing exceptional communication, organisation, and service. This is a fast-paced and engaging role where you’ll have the opportunity to interact directly with investors and prospective investors, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the success of our investor relations strategy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 40 outbound calls daily to investors and prospective investors to provide updates, gather feedback, and schedule meetings. Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries regarding fund performance, distributions, and investment opportunities. Support the distribution of marketing and communications initiatives. Assist with scheduling and logistics for investor presentations and meetings across Australia. Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations Manager to ensure smooth and effective engagement with their investor base. About You: Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with investors and stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in investor relations, financial services, or client-facing roles will be highly regarded.
