About the Role Lead and mentor a team of 5 Property Managers and Assistants, providing structure, guidance, and professional development. Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of just under 390 properties (no personal portfolio management required). Maintain oversight of systems, compliance, and best practice, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and onboard new managements generated through direct agent leads. Foster a positive, professional culture that aligns with the brand standards. Liaise with external company to ensure smooth financial processes and reporting. Represent the Property Management department at leadership meetings, contributing to strategic planning and team development. About You Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager, Department Head, or Team Leader in Real Estate. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on supporting and motivating team members. Exceptional knowledge of QLD legislation, compliance, and property management best practice. Confident in driving performance metrics, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
