This role is ideal for an experienced Paralegal - workers compensation professional with strong knowledge of the NSW legislation who have a passion in building processes and capability into teams As a Contract Paralegal you will be the subject matter expert supporting the organisation with all aspects of workers compensation experience. This is a competitive contract, full-time role with a Hybrid working arrangement from home and in the heart of Sydney CBD. The Role: Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices, legislative changes, and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed. Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance, and compliance measures are achieved. Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You: Strong technical experience within the NSW workers compensation scheme.
