What You’ll Do Lead client workshops to define configuration requirements. Configure the platform using proprietary tools, JSON, HTML, and Python. Test and troubleshoot configuration changes using tools such as Postman. Support client releases, create release notes, and resolve production support tickets. Provide estimates, document configuration, and escalate risks or issues as needed. What You’ll Bring 3 years in client-facing technical roles with hands-on platform configuration experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
