A newly created opportunity for a technically strong Finance Manager to join a high-growth international business in the technology sector. With operations expanding across Australia and APAC, this role offers broad exposure to reporting, compliance, and strategic finance. Client Details Our client is a high-growth international tech business with a strong presence across APAC and growing footprint across Australia. Description Preparation of consolidated group financial statements Ensure all other external reporting is accurate and compliant Prepare board packs and present to SLT Drive process improvement within finance across systems and controls Mentor and review the work of 2 accountants Support budgeting and forecasting, with future scope to expand into FP&A and strategic planning. Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures as the business scales. Assess accounting treatments for new and complex commercial agreements, and draft technical accounting papers where required. Review and preparation of tax compliance documentation Profile Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA qualification Big 4/Mid Tier Audit experience strongly regarded Industry accounting experience within Australia strongly favoured (suited to a 2nd time mover) Excellent communication skills, ability to present to board/SLT Strong technical understanding of Australian accounting standards and ability to interrogate complex contracts for compliance.
