About the Role As an Accountant in our Australian Real Estate Finance team, you’ll: Prepare and analyse fund statutory financial statements and management reports. Oversee outsourced investment accounting services, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive property trust tax compliance and support timely, accurate filings. Account for acquisitions and disposals, assist with year-end audits, and manage monthly BAS lodgements. Manage daily cash transactions, interest payments, and compliance with bank debt covenants. Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success. About You You’re a motivated, detail-oriented professional who: Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar and holds a CA/CPA Brings experience in fund accounting, investment management, or real estate finance. Has strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and tax compliance. Communicates with confidence and builds positive relationships.
