About you Proven experience as a lead or principal frontend engineer in product-led or consumer tech environments. Expert in Vue.js (or React), TypeScript, CSS, and component-driven architecture, with experience evolving and governing design systems. Product and outcome-focused: you care about metrics and business impact, not just code. Startup mindset: comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and rapid iteration. Leadership experience: mentoring engineers, influencing architecture, and guiding technical standards. Bonus: experience with growth experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, Node.js/Nest.js, or AWS.
