Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & implementing patching and deployment of new and end-of-life systems in a 24/7 production environment with minimal impact (e.g., network switches, servers, SCADA servers). Monitor emails and logs, backups, network gear, and vulnerability scans. Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support for Infrastructure hardware and software. Participate in an on-call roster. Job Description: Certificate in IV in Information Technology. Good Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016 and above knowledge & experience Good Microsoft Office / O365 knowledge and skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Good PC and Server Hardware knowledge. Experience with Cisco network devices, wireless networks, and type-1 hypervisors would be highly regarded. Good teamwork & communication skills. The ability to work alone on tasks in a proactive manner. Good judgment skills with a strong sense for urgency and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work safely. Outstanding customer orientation, i.e., the ability to build rapport and trust quickly and influence an audience through communication to arrive at the best solution.
