About us: BreastScreen is the only BreastScreen Australia accredited breast cancer screening provider in CQ offering free screening and assessment, to eligible women, using digital mammography technology. BreastScreen Rockhampton Service on the North Street side of the Rockhampton Hospital Campus is the main headquarters for the service in Central Queensland and Central West. This Service has been providing quality breast cancer screening for 30 years. Find out more on our Instagram page >> BreastScreen | Instagram About the role: The Data Manager is responsible for data and information management systems and processes to ensure the safe and effective use of data for strategic, clinical management and service improvement purposes. About you: Demonstrated ability to source, collate, interpret, analyse and present data reports to enhance service quality and research utilising a variety of computer based applications. Demonstrated high standard of organisation, communication, issue resolution and interpersonal skills, with particular reference to leadership and staff supervision within a multidisciplinary team environment with the ability to work autonomously, utilising initiative and discretion to establish work priorities. Demonstrated experience using a wide range of computer programs and applications and information management systems with the ability to integrate a variety of data sets to provide meaningful information and recommendations to support clinical and business decisions.
