Job Description As Food and Beverage Coordinator, you'll help maintain our exceptional standards in food quality, guest experience, hygiene, and cost control, supporting our food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll also champion food safety practices, assist with inventory audits, and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to optimise performance and reduce waste. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all food and beverage orders in alignment with kitchen and operational needs Manage store areas, ensuring cleanliness, food hygiene, and proper stock handling procedures Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in monthly stock counts and reconciliations of food and beverage Monitor food safety documentation and hygiene practices in collaboration with the chefs and stewarding team Liaise with suppliers, manage returns, and negotiate pricing to support cost-efficiency goals Ensure timely receiving, documentation, and storage of all goods per HACCP and company standards Support kitchen operations by maintaining optimal stock levels and identifying slow-moving items Represent Food & Beverage in health and safety meetings and contribute to improved workplace practices
