Job Description About this opportunity The Services Supervisor oversees the in-field maintenance and warehouse distribution of mobile garbage bins (MGBs) for council and commercial customers safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. The role is responsible for managing field and warehouse teams, ensuring contract KPIs are met, supervising maintenance and distribution activities, and acting as project manager for specific bin replacement and retrieval projects. Morning shift available - 5:00am - 1:00pm Your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure compliance with all safety/environmental procedures and documentation (PPE, pre-start checks, hazard IDs, incident reporting, investigations). Maintain contract KPIs and service quality standards. Supervise and coordinate site staff (warehouse and field maintenance). Oversee daily scheduling and routing for efficient operations. Drive a culture of respect and teamwork. Implement cost-saving initiatives. Responding to operational incidents and resolving issues promptly. Prioritise daily operational tasks and resource allocation. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you’ll have: Minimum of 2 years’ Supervisory experience in a similar operational environment. Experience in warehouse and logistics operations (desirable) Strong safety focus and understanding of WHSE requirements Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedure documents Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
