We're currently seeking a Ventilation & Projects Engineer to join our Technical Services team. Reporting to the Senior Planning Engineer, this role plays a key part in ensuring safe and optimal underground mining operations across our sites. What You'll Be Doing Deliver and review ventilation plans for development, production, and projects Manage underground ventilation systems and act as SME for modelling and simulation Lead underground projects including booster fan chambers, dewatering upgrades, and compressed air improvements Monitor primary and secondary ventilation systems and conduct audits Liaise with stakeholders to support integrated mine planning Mentor and coach personnel on ventilation and underground project systems Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives Why Beta Hunt is an Exciting Place to Be The main gold production areas are currently Western Flanks and A Zone , but the development of a third mineralised zone-Fletcher Zone-is central to Westgold's growth strategy for Beta Hunt .
