About the role As Property Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating redevelopment and refurbishment projects, while managing day-to-day operations across the properties. Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, you'll ensure compliance, oversee maintenance, and contribute to budgeting and reporting activities. This role offers exposure to tenancy fitout management, capital expenditure delivery and project management. Responsibilities Coordinate property services and ensure efficient delivery of maintenance and refurbishment works Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and workplace health and safety legislation Manage contractors and oversee certification for essential services and fire safety documentation Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of annual operations and capital works budgets Support sustainability initiatives and implement energy, water and waste conservation programs About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in tenancy fitout works, capital expenditure delivery and project management Strong ability to prioritise tasks within tight operational and financial deadlines Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathise with tenant needs Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook What's in it for you?
