Must have experience with Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) platform 6 months CONTRACT with potential extension Hybrid working arrangement ( 3 days a week on-site in Melbourne CBD) Daily rate: $1050 (inc SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead a key transformation program aimed at enhancing an enterprise Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) platform. The program aims to improve system usability, streamline lead management, and enable smarter, data-driven engagement through advanced integration, automation, and reporting capabilities. You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple enhancement streams, managing scope, timelines, and quality outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams. This role will suit a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys driving business outcomes and CRM capability uplift in a complex environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Sales Cloud enhancement projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, milestones, and success measures aligned with business objectives. Coordinate internal and external delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Oversee design, testing, and deployment of enhancements to improve automation and reporting. Work closely with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketing Cloud). Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Drive communication, engagement, and user adoption post-implementation. MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience delivering Oracle CX or CRM enhancement or implementation projects. Strong understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, automation, and analytics. Experience with integration and automation across CRM and marketing systems. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills. Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Qualifications in IT, Business, or Project Management desirable. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification will be highly regarded.
