Join a dynamic manufacturing business undergoing growth and transformation. We are seeking a highly-skilled Management Accountant who brings both strong accounting foundations and manufacturing experience to the table. You'll be central to the finance team, partnering with Operations and Production to drive efficiency, control costs, optimise systems and support business growth. Responsibilities: Lead monthly reporting, budgeting & forecasting for manufacturing operations. Own product costing, inventory valuation, variance-analysis and margin improvement. Implement strong financial controls across procurement, production overheads and inventory. Drive system enhancements and automation to improve decision-making and accuracy. Work closely with non-finance teams (production, engineering) to translate numbers into actionable insights. About You: Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong cost-accounting background, experience in product costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost reporting Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills; ability to translate financial data into business insight. Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel Experience in manufacturing systems is a plus Proven ability to liaise with non-finance stakeholders (production/operations) and explain finance-driven insights in plain language.
