About the Role: As Store Manager, you'll lead a close-knit team of 5 casuals, inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and uphold a high standard of store presentation. You'll manage all aspects of operations, from driving sales and exceeding to building a warm and welcoming culture your customers will keep coming back for. You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve success in sales and service. Creating an inviting store environment that reflects quality, care, and attention to detail. Managing rosters, training, inventory, and visual merchandising. Building strong relationships with a loyal customer base that appreciates timeless, well-made menswear. Bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and heart to everything you do. About You: You're a confident, hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You take pride in seeing your team succeed and your store perform at its best. We're looking for: Previous retail management experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred). A natural communicator who can inspire and connect with a loyal customer base. A keen eye for detail and strong visual merchandising skills. Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (38 hours per week).
