About the Role A core manager for the Cyber Security Group, your role focuses on leading the timely and high-quality delivery of all Business as Usual (BAU) security services. You will be the central point of control, prioritising resources, managing vendor performance, and fostering strong relationships across the business to ensure consistency in security reviews, project support, and IT service delivery while driving process efficiency. About You As our ideal candidate, you will have: Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information and technology or related technical field and/or relevant experience Lead security service delivery (BAU, resourcing, budgets, quality) Expert at building relationships with stakeholders and vendors Strong knowledge of NSW Government compliance and key security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PSPF Proven ability to manage vendor performance and contractual SLAs Drives service optimisation and efficiency through performance data Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
